These are just some of the Courtney and Gwen friendship moments I thought were the best in Total Drama World Tour before Duncan returned to cause drama.After everything that happened in TDWT (thank you Australia), would you guys still like Gwen and Courtney to be friends?

The Gwencan was the narrative coffin of Gwen and Duncan, do not return these idiots and hypocrites, they are only obstacles.

So Gwen kissed Duncan once. Big deal. First off, it wasn't her or Duncan's fault to begin with. Chris BROKE the lock on the Plane Restroom Door, which meant he ALSO invaded thier privacy by recording said seen.
Second, she and Duncan moved on, who they decide to kiss or not is thier buisness. Besides, I didn't see Duncan and Courtney get together and plan a "Love for Life" contract.
Third, Courtney went from a smart responsible teen to a crazed, love-controlling backstabber! Nice to certain people one minute and turned traitorous the next. Gwen's NOT at fault here, Courtney's the one who THREW the events during the episodes, just to get back at Gwen for no real reason. Fourth, Duncan broke up with Courtney due to her extremely LONG list (Or book form) of rules on what Duncan can do or not do! Seriously? If I had a boyfriend, I'd respect him and love him like Gwen does with Duncan, not make a dictionary thick book of rules for him! Courtney didn't care about Duncan's wants and needs in the second season, she treated him like a kind of love slave!
Fifth, Duncan DID apologied to Courtney, and I bet Gwen did too, but Courtney REFUSED to listen due to her SEVERE temper tantrums, acting like a rich spoiled little girl who didn't get a pony for Christmas.
And sixth, Courtney's been acting like a bossy tyrant backstabber since before her elimination in the first season. She wasn't nice to Harold, or anybody else on the team, but yet she got onto friendly terms with half of the people on the third season before, once again, she turned not only into Miss Bossy WhinyPants again, but ALSO betrayed the ones she called "Friends". And SHE'S the one who betrayed Duncan too, by getting cozy with Al!
So the question I read is "Would I like to see Courtney and Gwen as friends again" The first part would be no.
Why? Simple, when a person like Courtney acts like a complete witch AND a traitor, that's just going to fair for her. The things she did to people like Gwen would count as "I rather be friends with a Komodo Dragon than be friends with Courtney" kind of thing. Once you've lost the trust and friendship of a good friend, you have two options: Either work hard to earn that trust and friendship back, forgive and forget and admitt that everything you've done wrong in the past made you wrong, or just keep telling yourself you're right all along and not be friends with the people you hurt or done wrong.
The second part would be maybe. That part's for both Gwen and Courtney to decide. Just like they decided to love certain people, they should decide themselves whether they want to start over again and be friends.
THe third part would be a yes. The saying "Forgive and Forget" is proof that no matter what happened back then, both Gwen and Courtney should forget about the bad things that already came and went and move on with thier lives as friends, and forgetting something as pettiful as a your BFF kissing with your crush/boyfriend can be a bit hard, but with time it's instantly forgotten.
Like I said, a boy kissing a girl, namely Duncan and Gwen is certainly no big deal. If you have a problem, talk to your friend and boyfriend about it, not carry on like a two year old. And you should respect a person's privacy AND decision on who they want to go out with, even if it wasn't intended to be or thought of. Accidents CAN happen. But everyone seems to put the blame on Gwen for stupid or unjust reasons! That's like saying that if our favorite hero got the blame for something he or she didn't do wrong, or even our friends.

First off, when did Gwen say she was sorry, or even ADMIT to Courtney that she kissed him? she didn't. Courtney found out by a WITNESS. second, Courtney got cozy with Al AFTER Duncan got together with Gwen, so there was no cheating. third, in the Celebrity Manhunt episode, DXC GOT BACK TOGETHER. fourth, Duncan NEVER explained to Courtney WHY he cheated, so, for all Courtney knows is that they just kissed for no reason what so ever. fifth, when was Courtney a tyrant in the first season? also, Gwen also threw challenges in TDA, but NO ONE remembers that. the reason why everyone hates Courtney so much is because she was hating on a well-liked character, if she was hating on a less liked character, she wouldn't be getting bashed so much. next, NO ONE said ANYTHING about being anti-Gwen here, so your comment is basically out of no where.
overall, it pretty much looks like you watched the episodes in a mix-match order.

Whatever! I'm just saing what I saw and that's karme biting Courtney for EVERYTHING she's done to get back at the ONLY person who would've been her bff if 'Lil Miss Know-It-All' hadn't become a spoiled brat and practically threw away ANY chances of redemption and/or trust from anyone again! Gwen was innocent and only did what was best in her point of view: Breaking up gently to Trent, moving on with her life instead of holding it like Courtney, was forgiven by her true friends and didn't like the sorest poor sport like Courtney. Gwen was ALWAYS used in an abusive way, mentally and pyshically. Courtney's problem is that she's a spoiled teen girl who wants what she wants, doing anything in her power to do it, even going as far as BETRAYING THE ONLY BEST FRIEND SHE HAD BY PURPOSELY THROWING OFF THE CHALLANGES JUST TO GET RID OF GWEN! Gwen only threw ONE challange in TDA, and that was to prove the others that she was NOT cheating!!

Again, COURTNEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT GWEN WAS SORRY! she NEVER apologized, and then, CONTINUED to date Duncan AFTERWARDS. if Gwen truely wanted to be Courtney's friend, GWEN WOULD'VE ADMITTED TO COURTNEY HERSELF! how would YOU react if your bf/gf cheated on you with your BFF?

Actually, it's the writers' faults. Fun Fact: Duncney was supposed to be canon throughout the series as well as Gwent. Then, Gwuncan was contrived by Cartoon Network and Teletoon despite McGillis' wanting to continue Gwent and Duncney. The writers did a poor job by deteriorating Courtney (TDA, TDWT, and TDAS) and Trent's (TDA) personalities.

CooperGal I am on your side with this one. They never did get back together and even if they did if I was Duncan I would have packed my bags getting the fuck out of there for how he treated him. The fact that she wanted to change him into something he wasn't was not cool. I had a boyfriend before that was almost exactly like Duncan and I tried to change him only he wanted nothing to do with it. You can't change someone in Duncan's situation in a contract or whatever you want to call it, it does not work that way. If you want to be in a relationship you do it the way that they are comfortable with. Courtney did not therefore if he did cheat then good for him. She's a brat and Gwen was way better for him

Aside from Heather's development, the friendship between Gwen and Courtney was the only thing in TDWT that felt organic, sweet, natural, and like the best features of TDI!!!

I think the Courtney-Gwen friendship is the best connection of the show. I hope that Courtney will swallow that pride of hers and forgives Gwen. I mean, any of the contestents must have watch reruns of any of the episodes. Duncan is there to blame, but on the beginning of the episode where they went to Greece, Chris revealed that he wanted this to happen.

I dunno, the friendship, while it had its moments, seemed awfully conditional since Courtney immediately got confrontational and suspicious whenever Duncan was brought up. I personally think this friendship budded because they had a mutual hate of Heather and things grew from there, which I think is sort of a weak foundation. They found things they had in common now and then, but all the same it just seemed... tedious.
So I don't think it'd be a good thing to have them as "friends" again. They ought to get back to rekindling Courtney's friendship with Bridgette once they get her unglued from Geoff for a few minutes.
