everytime i draw her, it turns out differently. It represents...i guess what my mood or intentions are at the time

If she is just, representing your thoughts and things, then having a flexiable design is fine, doesn't have to be solid. Unless that makes you feel better. XD;;
But I would think that having a reference sheet or just drawing them lots would help solidify a design. :d
