i spent ages trying to find this but i really wanted to let you know... the first time i saw this picture was in 2013. i stumbled upon it accidentally on instagram. having never seen sherlock in my life at that point, knowing nothing about it (i was 13 and had no real knowledge of the conan doyle stories either... i thought 'sherlock' was to detectives what 'doctor' was to medical professionals!) this picture was my gateway into what would result in a complete obsession of this show. and through that obsession, i started a blog on tumblr, wrote and published fanfiction, and even met benedict cumberbatch! i just wanted you to know, as the creator of this beautiful piece that still warms my heart after all these years, that this creation literally made me ship johnlock. and through shipping johnlock, i watched sherlock. season 4 is coming soon and im excited but i would never even know about this show if it weren't for this piece. so thank you, endlessly. β€οΈ

I wish this was how they really reunited, i watched the episode when they do reunite it's not even close to this, sadly it just involves yelling, punching and not even one hug, or even real moment. WHY WHY WHY COULDN'T BEEN LIKE THIS !!!!!!!!!!

Okay, this picture really hurts a little bit, in a good way. It's a really amazing art work but I love how you used the type to show Sherlock's deductions about John and I find them very accurate. Even though I think John will have moved on a bit I still feel like he would have nightmares on bad nights and such. You did a beautiful job showing their reunion, I really love it

I haven't watched this far (it's okay, I don't mind spoilers) but I'd kinda like it if things went this way.
I'm watching another mystery type series currently and one character is thought to be dead but I hope they're not. The next season isn't out yet. If they're alive I think I'll have the kind of feeling this comic gives off.
