I never know if I should use the Sci-fi, fantasy or surreal category for my art. I tend to just cycle between them.Anyway here's a thing I've been working on for ages but isn't getting anywhere. Someday...

Composition looks good : ). But maybe try to have a stronger contrast? Try to think what kind of lighting will extegerate the fear feeling.

The lights are pretty weak (they're just streetlights) and pumping them up would end up being unrealistic, so I'm kinda at a loss about what to do. I agree with you, but I don't see a believeable way to do it, it's annoying. Will play around with the dynamics of the shadows once I finally get all the detail down though, cheers

What I mean is I keep painting over this without making any prigress, because I keep redoing the same spots over and over without purpose. But thankyou anyway
