My girlfriend works 10-hour night shifts (8.30 p.m. till 6.30 a.m.) at a hospital (reception). That's why we're often up quite late at night

Wow, I liked my job, but the 1030pm-630am hours were taking a toll on my body. I used to a lot of stocking. Heavy lifting, lack of sleep, I had to switch hours.

I swear that after my first night of sleeping normally, I felt a whole lot better! Same thing goes for when I've had jobs and really hated it, one day away and I'd feel a LOT better. I'm still looking for work, but since I'm a draftsman in the consrtuction field, there aren't very many openings.

Yeah! I'd rather spend too much time working on art and working out than sitting around doing nothing, drinking or doing drugs. I've known people like that, that's not how I want to be. I used to work out a lot but then just kinda stopped, so I'm feeling good to be back
