Well, he deserves it. Onua's a pretty static and underdeveloped character, so he often gets overshadowed by the other Toa.

He's less developed because of the six, he needs it the least. His personality can seriously not be improved. While Tahu, Lewa and Kopaka all had Unity/Maturity issues, Gali a little bit of temper, and Pohatu... actually, Pohatu was just fine too.
