I guess I get what you want to say with this, but, dude, this picture is wildly confusing! The *title* says "be nice", but since the kid in the picture only writes "nice", this word seems like a comment on the bloody tire tracks, which would be quite awful!
In general, I'm a big admirer of your artwork, but I think you need to be more careful with motives such as this.

You're th only one who got problems with it. Here in Belgium it's very clear and people used this title before.It's a double word for Nice the city and nice as being nice to people. The kid just writes Nice as the city not the word. So No foul play here man.
