Really, I can watch and watch how natural those camellias (because... we drew the same flowers, right...? xD') looks at your picture - all of them open/bloom in slightly different direction, so I don't have impression of "copy-paste" action, you also added various filters making me feel distance between character and plant at front of and behind her -  a big plus for that, Sasha More effects, more filtres~!
Of course, those photoshop magic wouldn't help much, if flowers wouldn't be so detailed and "polished" - I know those in background are less detailed but in my opinion it make them look even better and more natural  - like you drew them here - really, great job, I can tell it took a lot of time and work, but it was worth, final outcome is really stunning~!

Photoshop is still a pain but I hope I will master some of it's filters soon ;v;

and... I was trying to draw roses XD because I referenced from picture google gave me when I searched roses XD
and yeah... if you look closely you will see that there are only like 6 different flowers and they are copied and paste XD
