Description
Loch Coruisk, at right, is nearly two miles long, but only about 400 yards wide. The northern end of the loch is ringed by the Black Cuillin mountains, under those clouds. From the southern end the Scavaig River, only a few hundred yards long, discharges into a sea loch, Loch Scavaig, which connects with the Atlantic Ocean. My wife is wearing a red shirt towards the bottom of the photo, about a third of the way in from the right.
