Wow... Okay, I need to visit your gallery more often. I was fallowing your links from facebook & see there's quite a bit I missed! You have been to some incredible places... You are making me really loathe Florida right now If you're not into beaches, Florida is the most boring state (topographically speaking).

Héhé I would say, let's exchange our flat for 2 weeks ? Czech Republic is a very nice place but winter is very very long and very very cold (for me ). Austria is also a gorgeous place, I just spend few days, time to time there but I guess the winter is even colder than here (Prague). So apart from skiing during 6 months of the year you are rather limited in activities (I like skiing but I'm not sure I can enjoy this during half year). Well you can do also mountain climbing during winter but it's quite rude hobby. 2 weeks ago it was still snowing in Prague and today was 27°C ! No spring just winter to summer Ok I'm just complaining (I'm French after all ) but I must admit that my place is very nice. Czech Republic is surrounded by mountains, well let's say big hills (it doesn't go above 1500m), but there are quite nice forests, lakes, rivers and medieval castles ! Austria has much bigger mountains (Austrian Alps), and you can walk in national parks for days I think without crossing a road (I guess I've never tried it !).

I was missing sun as the winter here was most often with grey sky. Just now the situation is getting better and yesterday I've been to one tower not far from Prague (100km) -> [link] The path to go uphill was still with 40cm of snow in some places, which made the way up little bit tiring and the way down a little bit like a tightrope walker.

Next week I'm back in France. On one hand it will be nice to be there again, on the other hand the weather has just started to be excellent in Cz. Well I can't have everything héhé !

Hahahahahahahahaha!!!! "I'm French after all." That has got to be one of the funniest damn things I've ever read! It's a good thing I wasn't drinking anything when I read that... It would have come right out my nose I laughed so hard!

If complaining qualifies one as French, then I have to say I am very French about Florida. Hmmm... Switching flats sounds like a rather interesting experiment If you came here during the summer, I assure you you'll feel like you need gills. The humidity is so high I sometimes feel like I honestly can't get enough air when I run. God, I hate it. Although I have to admit I've never been anywhere where I'm surrounded by snow that long. For all I know it may irk me just as much. But I don't know, I really do hate the heat... And the beach... God, what I do for so much as a hill.....

I hope you are happy back in France. Cz sounds amazing & you seem to have really gotten out to enjoy the beauty you were surrounded by (good for you, btw!!!). Now you'll just have to share the adventures you go on back on your home turf. I look forward to photos from France!

Waowwwwh quelle quantité de neige !! Ici ça fond bien...
J'aime bien cet aspect quasi noir et blanc et la forme des monts couverts par la dense forêt.
