OK it's fairly simple OK.

1) right click the icon you want
2) click on "Save Target As..." and save to your computer
3) Go to your pofile page and click on the little pencil in the corner of your icon( it's not visible until you are on the corner of your icon)
4) a little window will pop up, click "Upload from computer"
5) Upload the icon and save

Um, on dolldivine? I don't think so. I think I've seen some people use it before, but I'm not sure. I've never done adoptables. I think if you give credit you should be fine.
