She's Telseid, a mighty warrior whose only real body (who is her brain) is in a very modern and advanced cybernetic body, who resembles Telseid's original body. The original Telseid fought a very hard battle in who, her body crushed, but her brain was saved by a scientist, who put the brain in the new body. She keeps fighting against evil, and now she is more powerful than with her human body. She controls Metal, Light and Wood Elements. Her main attack is the "Steel Sharp Storm Dance", who is a spin in who she moves fast with her blade, making a tornado who slice all things around.
