Alright. This is the beginning of Step One for my next major project - a silicone mermaid tail!

Today's accomplishments: took a trip to Lowe's after work and purchased a huge wood board! I believe it's 1/2" thick and smooth as a baby's arse! I also purchased very fine, 400 grit sandpaper to finish smoothing it out to perfection. The board was loaded in the truck and brought home, brought inside, and sanded down. I've had my professional monofin for some time, so I laid it on the board and traced its outline. I will use it as a guideline for the fluke size when I begin drawing that.
