behind the window was a garden and the ground was all white, the building dark grey. I changed nothing at all, only a bit color.

my parents are living in the mountains. They'd -25°C last night, too.
In my whole 28 years of life I remember 2 times that it has been that cold. It's been several years ago and has been the only 2 times school was skipped because of the cold and the heatings were damaged. ^^
