Description

Ronald sat out in the field, a cold autumn night breeze blowing through his soft fur. His head was turned up to the sky as he counted the stars, as he did nearly every night, however, as of recent, Ronald's mind was cluttered with many thoughts that tended to get in the way of his counting.

"I wonder if Willson will come out here tonight..." he thought to himself as he stared at the sky "Probably not... He's probably running around in the woods...." he continued in his mind, before trying to continue his counting.

"36...37..38...39...40...It sure is cold out here.... probably becase Meena is in the barn tonight....." he was yet again distracted by other thoughts. He was aware that Loops was in the barn with Meena. "Why does she have to take away my Meena... She doesn't even like being with Meena..." Loops seemed to just ruin everything.... Why did willson bring her home with him? Ronald just didn't understand. Willson called her Ronald's sister... but she wasn't his sister, she isn't his sister, how could she be his sister? That didn't make any sense.

"41...42..43..44...45...Why doesn't Willson wanna hang out with me as much anymore.... am I doing something wrong? Is that why he got Loops? Is she gonna replace me?" Ronald shook his head. "No... Willson wouldn't replace me, right? He's my best friend... and I'm his....right????.... or is Pina his best friend..." Ronald liked that Willson had a boyfriend, but, it seemed like Pina always took Willson away from him. When it wasn't Pina it was something else, be it Loops causing trouble, or just other stuff that adults had to do...

Ronald looked back up, realizing he had lost count. "1...2...3...4...5..."
