Level : I'd say I'm decent at RPing. I sometimes have trouble coming up with things, but I can try, and I have trouble writing in present tense and prefer writing in past tense (EI : Past tense - "He was running to the tree" vs Present tense - "He is running to the tree")
Where? : I prefer Discord, but I can do notes as well. I don't HATE comment RPs, but often times comment RPs lose stuff to "the void" because you can only make a comment chain so long before it stops keeping track, so if the RP is going to be posted for coins, then Notes is likely the best option that I have.
