What a lot of people fail to recognize is that all of Ainz's abilities come from video games. Which means that there has to be a condition that has to be met before his magic can be activated. All of his abilities whether it is defensive of offensive require his enemies to be at certain level.

Saitama has no leveling system, and even if you were to put Saitama into Ygddrassil you still cannot apply a level to him. Meaning there are no limits to his power or defensive capablilties.

easy, if in character Ainz wins by using insta-death spell, if bloodlusted/saintama is willing to end the fight quickly, then OPM one punch him and Ainz end pulverised

Also Ainz is not strongest in his verse, Albedo, Cocytus, Sebas, Shaltear, Pandora Actor and Rubedo are stroneger than him

Ainz would win. In the book it's clarified that he can only be hurt by a decently enchanted weapon and is immune to attacks with bare hands. unless Saitama gets his fists enchanted he can't hurt Ainz. plus Ainz has a lot of spells and abilities that can instantly kill and Ainz has mastered time magic. If we were to talk in game terms Saitama has a high physical defense and a high physical attack. so fare Saitama hasn't fought a magic caster or encountered magic so we can't see for sure if it will hurt him or not, but Saitama has only endured physical training so I belief saitama has no defense against 'grasp heart', Ainz level 5 ability 'instent death' or his skill 'goal of all live is death' withs kills anything thats alive.

if given enough time to prepare for both sides then it could very well be a tie
