This nice pooch is based on Dr. Poopy, a fan character of sorts by admiralnatsilane . He's the chief bioscientist of the all-dog Outsider Clan Bounce and is responsible for the creation of various extremely deadly and utterly disgusting bioweapons for his Clan. He was also heavily involved in the creation of the Monument of Idiotism , designing the nanoviruses that are used in torturing the Monument's victims by rotting them alive... over and over and over again. While most Clan Bounce members are cute and adorable, Dr. Poopy epitomizes every disgusting and unhygienic aspect of dogs. During his long service to Captain Bounce he has turned himself into a walking wasteland of filth and is even known to brew new diseases and poisons inside his heavily enhanced body.

Like the rest of Clan Bounce, the current status of Dr. Poopy is unknown. The Clan's Grand Liner , Dog Days, was ambushed by three Harmonic Federation patrol fleets in 3446. After a short but brutal battle, Dog Days escaped by performing an emergency quantum bubble jump from the L1 point of a nearby planet and its moon. At the time of its escape, the ship had suffered catastrophic damage and has not been seen since. Federation combat analysts have estimated that Dog Days had about 50% chance of surviving the jump.
