Description
I like the end of the world atmosphere in Serious Sam 3.
Apart from the aliens, you won't meet a single living person. As you kill the aliens in the streets of Cairo, you are looking at a ruined city that once had a large flow of people and was bustling with life. Almost all the houses are destroyed, doors and windows are boarded up, sandstorms have covered some parts of the city and the roads on which it is now impossible to drive, broken cars stand on the roads under the hot sun, empty checkpoints, graffiti is painted on the walls both in support of the protagonist Sam Stone and the Earth Defense Force, and condemning them for the fact that because of them the Earth was attacked by aliens.
