Sooooooooooooooo...
I drew this, I guess. This isn't my FIRST drawing of a Bulbasaur though. This is the third one. The texts on the paper are only in my country's main language, which is ... At least ONE of you guys will be able to read it out.
Side note: don't zoom in, you will be surprised.
It's an idea of mine since (the date above) and had been drawn on the same day, but didn't have the will power to upload. (Now I realize I have anxiety about my art, just a bit though, nothing too big )
The title of this will be explained later.

Update: title explain: this is a character from my story called "From One To Another". His name is 'Jack' (for now ). Just woke up and realized he isn't what he used to be (sound familiar? ) Doesn't know where the heck he is and... doesn't remember anything! (no, not really, his memories are intact ) The chapter he appeared in is: fav.me/dcyia8o
