Feedback: Next time you draw an Icewing, make sure to draw the scales in the second layer of neck scales (the blue layer next to the white one) a litte wider and/or shorter, and the shoulder scales a little thinner and/or longer. Also, the spikes (I guess) should lay down a little flatter. However, this is really good in general - definitely better traditional art than I could do.
Random thoughts: Welp...he looks evil (Inner me is yelling for you to do him disemboweled...)
