UPDATE: Since this was my most popular submission, I figured it might incorporate something I actually drew myself [link] instead of a screen cap, so I changed the picture. I am not changing it back.

NOTE: I'd like to thank everyone who faved this, but I've stopped thanking people on their user pages for this because I've gotten so many, and because this really didn't display any artistic talent on my part. So any one who favs this: thank you in advance.

Why the hell would Sonic be in the New Smash? WTF is up with that? I don't know, could have something to do with...
A.) Sonic is probably the second most iconic video game character ever, next to Mario
B.) Ever since Sega and Nintendo started collaborating, there's been a possibility of Mario and Sonic being in one game.
C.) For years, people have been wondering what it would be like if he and Mario got into a fight.
D.) It's not like he was the most requested third party character to be in Smash

Still, none of these arguments mention an oh-so-crucial detail of Sonic's getting to be in Smash: he never owned a store in Animal Crossing.

Seriously, How could anyone be against Sonic in Smash?. It's an absolute good.

Hell, this is the main reason I'm gonna get a Wii. And the only reason I'm getting Brawl (otherwise, I'd be satisfied with the first Smash)

No one complains about Pit. But what has he done for us lately? I mean this guy was only in one game way back in the day, and that game was really a cutesified version of Metroid. (I don't hate Pit, I'm making a point)

And I have no problem with Zero Suit Samus, but it's just an excuse to put a hot woman in there. What would happen if she got in a fight with Samus? If a universal paradox didn't occur, Samus would just kick Zero Suit Samus' butt.

What about Pokemon? no one complains about them in Smash, and they were always retarded.

Besides, even if you hated Sonic, and wanted to hurt him, wouldn't you think his being in Smash is a GOOD thing? Cause if you want to beat him up, now's your chance.
