a superb shot ! It creates an extremely dark and distressing impression; above all, an alien impression. The strange contorted shapes of the trees instinctively evoke movement; indeed this picture is very much like the picture of a tornado: a powerful force frozen by the photograph.

All in all, this is an extremely striking picture, that captures the onlooker and doesn't let him (or her) escape easily. It's actual ART - it's what I come to Deviantart for.

The light had been bad and I had to do a heavy processing in Photoshop

We're kind of having fake spring one day at Spring Lake the next day it's winter like you just get used to one kind of temperature then it goes back to the other

Der Baum steht ca. 10km von meinem Zuhause und ich habe ihn erst neulich zufällig im Internet entdeckt! Ich war auf der Suche nach alten, seltenen Bäumen www.baumkunde.de/baumregister/
Ich will im Sommer nach Franken fahren, um den "Hüter des Feldes" zu fotografieren (solange er noch ein bisschen lebt...) de.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%BCt…
