Ok, I see what's going on. Interesting. It's good to see people stand up for what they think is a good cause. Wish they would do that here in the U.S. against our idiot president and cronies.
Bottom line is this, no matter how right or how wrong the Administration is, they win. I've been working for a large Corp. for over 30 yrs. I'm a good union member and seen and lost a lot.
I would imagine the Admin. is probably wrong in this decision, they usually are, but they always have a get out of jail free card. Meaning even if there totally, blatantly wrong, they will not bend and Jark will still be gone. I would also imagine they have their bases covered on a future law suit. I know I sound cynical but oh well, it's the way it is in this Big business climate and it's all around the world.
Now, I do hope this does cause a shake-up of the BigBoys at the top. It's always fun when you can make them worry.
