This is the very first time I've shaded this way
And for it to be my first try, I'm rather proud of it <3
Sorry its not on a transparent background =/
I'm still trying to figure out SAI so I have no clue how to make the bg transparent -_-
Make sure you give Otto another hug for me because SAI is amazing! Just look at those beautiful lines!!! XD

for the transparency, I don't think SAI can doit, but if you make it a PSD, and have photoshop, you can open it in PS and make it transparent there C:
