Critique time. First thing I thought when looking at this is: Are butts supposed to be that square? Admittedly, I'm still quite bad at anatomy, and it could be it's supposed to be partially covered, and you have the excuse of "It's a sketch"; it's just really standing out to me. Also, his arm might be off, but apply all my previous points to this statement as well.
I should state that I love your art. You're so much better at realistic anatomy than me, and this dude is soooo handsome.

Butts are made of fat. When they are pressed against something they squish and change shape. So yes, sitting on the bed, it would get flat and squarish. :3
