Hmmm...idon't know. Maybe this is out of their interests. Also there is many artist who doing great masking or costuming art like The Man, Cally, or Jen-Foxbeast and other.
There is other big problem. A lot of peoples who draw or comissioned cool art leave this theme.

I remember seeing it in a chapter in the manga but you'd have to watch episode 3 or 4 of motto to love ru to see it if memory serves.
