Ok Its was good to hear from you again.I understand my luck of clear understanding that time as I relay on you to take instruction. you had much instruction and I did and finish it up all you pointed out all "revisions" even I show you the process from sketch up to color for you to check and you let me move on to what I had finish all along as if you are fine with it, look Im very quick interms of updating with my client I am very generous of that specially If I dont have clear understanding of the instruction. And then you said you had a good idea what she looks like after all ive been through, and so your happy to pay for the work and let me wait for you to write it up so that I have a better understanding of the character. this is what I want a clear instruction. you let me do all the work and come in the process and you let me finish the work up until this final. So your telling that Iam the one who's vanish? check the conversation link below. I would love to work on to you as you promise youll get back and paid me for the work and boom your gone i sent a couple of words. im sorry if I may sounds like this but I hate liars your the one who run for your promise basically Ill wait for the clear instruction and the payment for all ive done and no words from you up until now, we can resort this day 1 if you are just telling me everything but you promise so ill wait.

If you want to make a deal with me I can make your name clear by answering this questions, you can explain that now I will try to understand, Why your gone and never said a word and let me wait for your promise and why are you saying im the one who is gone and why are you telling it right now after almost 11 months.?

You posted this with a lot of missing context and said things like you completed it and revised it and I just never responded, of which I did.  That's kind of a lie in and of itself.  With the wide number of revisions needed due to things like you copy/pasting a sword that looked extremely flat and awkwardly angled, that's not really on us...but claiming we "didn't respond" after the revision is absolutely untrue.  You can see a LOT of things I brought up about it, and the continued mention of major issues I was having, ones I once again reiterated in the message I sent.  I'm also not sure if you just chose to delete the message I sent you with the Word document with reference pics and a write up pointing out a few things directly went but honestly, a lot of it was stuff I had already mentioned, like...

-She looks too innocent and almost doll-like.
-For being a strong warrior, the pose, the face, and a few other things appear to be very soft.  
-Her expression seems very blank.

I never got anything from you after sending the document but those were major issues I pointed out anyway.  You seemed adamant to want to work with our group, but then I got nothing else from you.  If those were messages you sent, I never got them.  Last thing on my end was a file transfer and that's it.

Went to find a piece of art we had and this popped up.  You're asking why am I telling you this after 11 months...probably for the same reason you posted this 3 months after the fact of when we had you do the test art.  You hadn't even fixed any of the initial things I was asking you to look into, and it looks like either you removed or never got the document.  I figured you just got frustrated with the fact that I was basically giving one more shot at something that already was going too far from what I was hoping to see, but if you weren't even going to send a final attempt and just up and disappeared, which appeared to be the case in every way, I was just going to move on.  I wasn't exactly thrilled with paying for work that seemed to need constant revision.  I gave one last shot at it, sent the file, never heard back.  If I wasn't even going to get that one last attempt at fixing some of the major issues (again, issues not even fixed in the picture above), and you had just up and disappeared by what I had seen, what was I expected to do?  Pay an artist that never delivered as promised?

Ok fine, show me our conversation in your skype where was you send me the documents. if I recieved it and you claim I delete it show me from its there in your skype. I assume you get to sent it to the wrong person cos you have this message you had to change artist so. Your not gonna get away with this if you insist on Im deleting it on purpose. I said it and I have proof of our conversation I did consult you couple of message as I indicate last in my reply here. If your not lying show me proof of our last conversation in your skype if it was deleted it will indicated in the skype itself that the message was deleted. I am very generous in my revision for all my client after all I ve been working, you telling me this yes we have misunderstanding of the work cause you didnt sent me a proper instruction You just leave it to me so my work is to show you step of progress of the work but still you let me finish it until its too late you can just tell me thats it this not gonna work but where is the file of your documents you are saying? never got a chance to get it. and thats my proof. so please show me proof on our conversation on your skype. Beside why would I run and have a guts to not to contact you? I need a payment for my work thats why I pursue you a couple of times but no response. Im sorry if I branded you as liar I show you my proof for that statement.  hope this was all misunderstanding. hope we get an answer at the end of the day if you show me proof that you sent the file right at me.

You keep saying you hope this was a misunderstanding but then claim I'm lying while you claimed "they didnt respond right after i finish sketch to color. and even did the revision for her."  Except even in your OWN PROOF you see that I responded and had always given critiques.  And nope, didn't send it to the wrong person.  I sent it the next morning, it was late when I said I was wrapping it up, got up the next morning to allow myself to sleep on it and get a fresh look.

You did things like gave her elf-like ears, didn't give her a belt, gave her these crazy swords that didn't match her references, then gave her sword hilts that were literally copy-pasted and flat, perspective issues with the sword, gave her bra-cup armor after I sent references and info that the armor should be practical and not "sexy"...not to mention the other issues I mentioned above, all pointed out immediately after receiving the WIP.  Yes, the sketch didn't show these things as much as the full art did.  But at times you'd add or change things I never really asked you to.  It's a character concept, not a 1 for 1 remake.  Part of concepting a character is adjusting things until it works. Yes, I admitted in our messages that it may have been excitement seeing a character come to life that allowed for me to be a bit less critical of it, but in hindsight, you took a description of a proud soldier and battle-ready warrior and gave us the above.  When I sent the document, I got nothing.  I was in the middle of working with our other artist (pixel, not character) to get things done, realized I just never got anything from you after a week, and figured you gave up.  It's not about guts to contact, and you're not the first artist to flake on someone on this site. We started looking again and found another artist after that.

I was also the one still insisting you get some sort of payment even if it was an art test and we didn't move forward on things.  I mentioned major issues but was willing to still pay for something that, in the end after really looking at it would probably not be used.  I should have been far more critical of it from the start but I don't think the bigger issues came out until after color was added.  By that time I was trying to salvage the work and make it be as close as it could be.  If I just didn't want to continue I'd have called it quits then and there, paid you, and been done.  

That said, if this is an attempt to skip the final attempt and just get paid for the work, or call me out months after the fact, that's a bit ridiculous.  You seemed excited to give it another shot and work with us so I kept going, rather than just ending it and paying for the partial work done.  So if all you're wanting is a payment, so be it, but misrepresenting this situation by claiming you did work and I never responded at all is blatantly untrue.  I'll pay you for the work done.  I just figured you flaked and quit.

you should know by now in my proof of our conversation that im trying to reach you so dont be mad. I didnt received any documents coming from you. I dont know why is this happening. im sorry with all for trouble that cause you all I need is proof coming from you. now Im will to negotiate with you lets get over with it. Ill change the title of it so you will not get any negative. even if things was like this was hard for us I hope were still in good. I dont need anything from you this time but only truth so this this is probly my last reply to this tread, as I want to move on to this issue again im sorry it was hard for me at first that you call me that I was the one who was running away sorry for branding you as lair I just want proof thats all. Im just a small time artist I want to make as good art as possible with all my clients approval thats why I was generous with revisions. thank you for reaching out this is the first time happening for me thats why I am like this. And that's fine, I had no idea there was any issue, I just didn't think it was fair to say I never responded at all when I absolutely was and you even had those messages.  I didn't have anything else from you and ask anyone on this site that's paid for commissions, people flake.  Far too often, sadly.  I only just saw it and felt it was necessary to point out a bit of the context to what happened here.
