Yeaaaaaah... Don't know where to start..... It's very well done, but not that realistic. Somewhere between 2D and 3D... Like the lips, good job there, and the shading too, but... not really realistic. The hair has just a tad too much highlights. Real hair doesn't have 34 different shades of some color. You might think that making the hair flat isn't 3D at all, but you just have to blur it in, don't make the highlights obvious. It's possible to pull this off in real life, but that takes a lot of hair-gel to make it gloss so much. I can see you got a little lazy at the background and the clothes. I think the face needs more wrinkles, small, almost invisible wrinkles. Like, right above the eyes, a small stroke beneath the eyes, some below the nose, etc, etc. But hey, that's just some constructive criticism, and I was just looking at some REALLY realistic pictures so It's bad for comparison.
