Description honestly ... disappointed how this came out, the idea was awesome, but I felt I could have done this big beats better. };

___BOG Brutes

In the DINO species, Bog Brutes are nearly almost the biggest, there are still 2 bigger kinds. Either way, Big Brutes are easily still the most intimidating DINOs on their planet, being so huge, husky, and rally smelly. Their near sound cry similar to that of a 'Tuba", easily install a sense of fear in any smaller creature. Bog Brutes tend to be just what they are, big brutes who don't pay the others much attention, and they knock over anything that really gets in their way. They usually stick to Bogs, laying in the cool water while the sun shines down on their backs. Their scales nearly the largest of any DINO, but they are the dirtiest by far. Bog Brutes have fur between their scales to keep them warm when the temperature drops harshly for season change. Moss and other fungi tend to grow on their fur, and if their is no moss or fungi, then don't worry because there is at least a hefty coating of bog slime as well. They eat herbs and moss mostly, and are gentle creatures if unprovoked, however if they do spot a threat they will stomp their front paws into the ground as a warning before charging.
You may be wondering why the glow. Bog Brutes prep for winter, as the winter on their planet is extremely unforgiving, Bog Brutes get most their energy from the sun. All summer they will consume as much moss and herbs while bathing their backs in the sunlight to collect for the winter so that they have enough energy to last them through the cold harsh years. A winter on their planet nearly feels an eternity of hell, no sun light, pitch black, cold winds, and lost of ice.
Bog Brutes not only store the sun light for themselves though, as other creature that struggle to survive the harsh winter tend to travel and follow these beasts so that when they rest they may steal the bit of light to keep them going, sparingly of course. So yes, under all that hefty wet slimy fur is a ton of glowing fat holding on the summer sun light.
Bog Brutes are also the reason for fog clouds, if a mass amount of fog rolls through the land, it is usually the cause of Bog Brutes and there heavy breathing, able to emit a fog so dense they also use this as a method of defense. Bog Brutes are an important kind to the DINO species, as they are the best means of survival through the planets winter years.

This one is by far the cutest. Like a big ol teddy bear. I'd hug that. But I definitely love the idea of these guys. Honestly there aren't many species per say that include bogs. Many people really forget they're a habitat. An interesting one at that. So I'm very happy to see it getting a focus.

I am glad to have focused on the Bog section, we have them up around here allot, and I thought why not make one.
Im glad this could bring some focus to another habitat overlooked. {;

That's cool. Its always nice when you get inspired by the things around you. But yes, especially to a wickedly interesting one at that.
