A very beautiful view!
I suppose that you had a cloudy day because if I can see a lot of noise in the sky, in this little size, I can imagine in high quality... In this special case, I would like to suggest you to use the blur tool ONLY in the part with mountains and sky. I am sure that you will get a best result.
The sharpness used in the grass in just perfect - I love it!
The back part of this photo is a little dar in my humble oppinion. My suggestion could be split the image and try to use curves to give a better appearence.
