Great effort in keeping details of the buildings AND the foreground dock. Did you use HDR?
Green lens flares (I think) are visible in the sky, near the left and right edges of the frame. They are vertically centered.
Try using a smaller aperture to get the starry effect with punctual lighting.
The blue rocks (I think) contrast beautifuly with the general golden colour of the building and the green hue of the dock.
Vertical branches makes the composition quite interesting, but makes confused over what is the main subject (the building or the branches?).
Otherwise, a beautiful photo. Good for framing.

your a brilliant photograher i have browsed your gallery and your work is amazing but i cant add it all so i have selected a few of my favs and will be watching you
i simply love how you captured the light and kept the shot so clear and crisp in this.
when i try night shots they blur as my camera shakes or they get to much light and look unatural.
so i apppreciate this shot even more now i know how hard it is to achieve
