a little technical but here goes.
the lens i was using gradually degrades especially at the right side. but since the is a portrait shot, i tilt the camera and the right side is now at the top.

all lens will degrade gradually as it moves towards the border. just the mu current lens i use is quite bad.

border or the corner of the picture.
the centre point of the picture will give the best image. but as it moves towards the corner, it will tend to become worse. it is the lens issue and not the camera.
