Description FROM LEFT

Design 1 - Masculine - This design was influenced by men’s fashion of the Victorian era.

Design 2 - this designs main focus is common aspects of Victorian fashion. This design features corsetry, tight fitting off the shoulder sleeves and bubbles at the back of the skirt to emphasise the fullness due to the drapery and common use of boning during the era.

Design 3 - this design has been heavily inspired by Victorian 'morality', where manners of the era were strict on the surface, although it is apparent that society's discretion covered a multitude of sins, including prostitution and adulterous liaisons.
This design is inside out, where boning and seams are exposed. The seams are not over locked baring frayed edges... revealing the 'dirty side'. Beside the tattered and frayed finish, elegant fabrics are used in order to draw on the Victorians attempt to look proper.
