Heyo, I'm from Project Comment! Just wanted to drop in and day a few things about this, so I hope it's helpful ^^
First off, I actually really love this piece haha. It believe it's really nice how the main theme of this is orange, but by adding the other splashes of color in there, you've really made it pop as well as give it a sense of depth. For example the electric blue like hair, the magenta colored smoke, and the red sparks coming from the pipe. It's a really great touch. All of that really gives it a mysterious, yet lively atmosphere. Your overall color scheme just works really well together. Another thing that I really love about this drawing is your shading. It's exceptional and I can tell you certainly have a good knowledge on how shading clothing folds works. You've perfectly got the light source bouncing off the front of his robes while the fold shading shows its flowing nature, etc. Just as a little extra thing I'd like to say, the expression on the characters face is great and I like the little bit of pink shading you've done on the end of his nose.
As a few suggestions, they're just more so small honestly haha. I would say to make the eye a little bit smaller. Though I guess that's more so if you would want to go for a tiny bit more of a realistic kind of feel. Another thing is that the two fingers which are holding up his pipe seem just a tad bit too long, and the same goes for his arm. Specifically the one that seems to be in the pocket of his robe. It looks like it bends a little bit too far down.

I think this is a really well made art. Very detailed clothing, warm colors, energy and mystery. But i think you worked so hard on the painting that at the end the smoke was painted somehow... sketchy.

Even if almost everything is orange I think that the different shades make it interesting enough. The dashes of purple and the silvery blue hair are also very nice touches.
