They're gila woodpecker feathers <3 I know you can make the TF reward feathers look like anything but I can't intuitively put together natural-looking feathers and wanted something that matched Adan's neutral colour scheme and also boundary. At least, from what I can tell from my research I did for this, it seemed like gila woodpeckers would be in this area. I specifically picked the secondary flight feathers (there were some extremely precise photos that were a great help) because they're a bit easier to draw and I thought they looked slightly nicer when I drew them there.

This is the first of two Adan images I'm uploading tonight; I was going to make a bunch of annotated references to but on their Toyhouse page, but partway through the process I did a doodle of Adan that happened to have slightly more bird-like anatomy than usual and it looked way nicer and now I'm planning to do some anatomical changes in the EE so these images are gonna be outdated :') So they're paying for it instead I guess LOL

oh also i hope the colour in the rocks is ok its still just granite but its all averaged out to a single sandy colour in the masterlist image and i wanted to give a greater sense of the natural colour variation in the stone. i guess if its a problem ill just. energy exchange about it. feels kind of like a borderline case to me i just forgot abt it until After submitting image
