All these designs are absolutely flawless. The one that stands out most to me is the mario-luigi-wario line. I hope you continue to do an amazing job on all your work, and thank you for all the help you've given to me since I joined DA. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate it!

well, to be honest I'm kindda picky on design fakemon which are already done. So, I don't want you to waste your time because of me. Giving ideas is mostly what I'm looking for right now.

i have a few fakemon ideas you should do one based on a fire ant making it an insect and fire type and do a fkemon based on a fennec fox ground type. Are these good?

Amazing pokedex! Its turning out great! The snail starter evolution is just genius because you turned something simple and small and the final evolution to this is elegant and powerful. One of my favorites for its clean design as well as just being simple and cute is the little beetle with a leaf on top, I think you titled it scaraB something like that 😂 Anyways, I love this and I am inspired because of this so keep working and this pokedex will turn out even more amazing!

Try to draw real animals. I think that when you want to draw a fakemon it is most of the time
an animal body shape with less details (for the first stage).
I use Sai:
My canvas is 3000x3000
For the lineart, I use the Pen size 5, min size 100%, density 100,
For the shadowing, look at original pokemon or other artists. Shadows are most of the time at the same places.
look at tutorials, get inspired by weird animals, funny object or try to combine ideas to have an original concept ( for exemple snowman + chimney + marshmallow), watch other artists' design....
That's basically what I do. But to be honest, I'm not trying to show that I'm an incredible artist or anything like that. All I want is a fakedex for myself, and that I like.
