Both. The current image I'm working on I drew digitally on MS Paint. And now I'm doing the line art in Photoshop, (I haven't figured out how to work out the sensitivity on my tablet yet). I'll color it after that. I also have a comic I drew about five pages worth for by hand, and then I'll scan those and redo the line art. Argh, takes forever X3

It totally does! I am going to try to do it more often so I get faster, but I gotta find a way to make that work.
I'm also still getting used to my tablet, and I've had it for almost two years now!

It helps to develop a system/order of things or to quote Mary Poppins:
"In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun. You find the fun and snap! The job's a game!"

I also recommend role playing with someone, cause that helps in speeding you up. I can do a quick sketch and color it in ten-fifteen minutes now :3 Perhaps less, I don't keep count.
And yeah, it takes a while to get used to a tablet, but since my mouse is messing up, I'm relying on my tab to normal things on my comp.

Ah cool! Well here is a step by step process of how to put your images in the squares:
1) Select the rectangular marquee tool. (It's directly under the arrow.)
2) Outline the box you want your image to go into.
3) Open the image file you want to go in there>select all>copy.
4) Back to the meme file, you go to edit again and select paste into. Your image should now be inside the square and you should be able to move it around to show what you want.
If image is way too big, you can scale it down. If you have any questions feel free to ask :3
