Making Pedestrians either walk on the Road or on the Grass.
The Driver probably thinks it's OK to Park on the Pavement because the Pedestrians as well as the Road Option, can walk past on the Grass. Nice but whose going to walk on the Grass when the Grass is Wet? which when despite the Sun the Grass was wet when I took this Photograph. And Wheelchair Users and Mobility Scooter Drivers are Not going to use the Grass.
