I think Cyrus is the Pokémon villain with the most tragic story... Both the beginning of his path, which led him to being a villain, and the ending of his story are quite sad...
Also, his last appearence in the game is very disappointing. I wish he'd appear more after being left in the Distortion World, but, apparently, he just remains trapped there for good, and I find this rather sad.
