That's a show from Cartoon Network, but not a full series..
There are like a few Villianous Shorts but it's in Spanish but someone on YouTube somehow manage to find the English one...
And it's upload like 1 week or 2 weeks ago.. probably! :3
Also they made Villianous Shorts because they want people's opinion on this show, and if a lot of people like it, they decided to make a full series of it! ^^
