Description A picture of one of the towers on the Holocaust Memorial in Boston. Etched into the glass of each tower are names of people who died in in the Holocaust.

I didn't get the best shot, I wish that The picture was centered correctly, but overall I still think it is interesting, and an important memorial as well.

Comments welcome.

In your "Artist's comment" you tell the problem of it. If it was centred, it would have been a great shot, especially if you had made it a square-photo. ^^

This memorial looks better than the Holocaust memorial in Berlin.

So many people, tragic. A nice angle, interesting.

Thank you for the compliment.

It is a beautiful monument for a horrible period in history.

If you want to that would be great. I've downloaded gimp, and I'm sure there is some way to straighten in the program, I just haven't figured it out yet.

Gimp is just like PS, I barely remember how it works, cause I've always been a PS user since version 2.5 but I know that it is a powerful image editor and the price is hard to beat!

Here's the edited version my friend: [link]

I applied a digital polarizer that more/less simulated what you would have gotten with a real one in place. Then I applied some straightening and geometric-distortion tools in order to make the square-structure square and not pin-cushioned.

Hope you like it!
