So I spend the weekend in Polish Stolowe Mountains. But I really like to find lokal legend from regions I visit. So I found this legend about mountain spirit called LICZYRZEPA (or Rübezahl) which gave me inspiration to create this art.
Rübezahl is described as imposing men with red beard plating on Gusle and walks so heavily that the earth trembles around him. He can take many different forms from gnome, to bear a giant or horned demon.
From a bad demon causing storms and heavy snow, he evolved into a guardian of the poor people living in his mountains. It is said that he could test you at any time to know whether your heart is pure and that if you do, you would be shown the way to treasures hidden deep inside his mountains.
I believe he visited me in a dream after I finished this couse I had extreme strange and hyperrealistic visions of high mountains extermely deep forest and abstract version of Errant Rocks. Or maybe I'm just open for autosugestion 
And yes, I have a plan to color this one.
