In Moscow? That's really interesting because that's what we would recognise as a celtic cross. Was it on a Scottish or Irish persons grave?

It's a cross for russian writer, not very famous. he deied in 1908. why celtic? I don't know, sorry.

The style of stone crossΒ with the circle round it was very common in Scotland and Ireland and indeed I thought that this style of monument originated there in the dark ages.
Its interesting it has cropped up in a Russian cemetery as well!
