Very nice, as some others have said, the yellow eyes are incredibly mesmerizing...
One critique, though, would be that you add a tad more contrast around his eyes. (sorry if someone has already said this, i scanned the comments and didn't find it)
As is right now it's pretty cool, however it looks like an anvil fell on his face and flattened it, lol. All of my own art looks flat as well, so it's fairly common, however some slightly darker shades in what you've already put down would add a more 3D look to it.

Those eyes! I can't look away... so messmerizing! *shakes head* Focus focus...
Excellent job on the details. You've really got everything down.. especially those horns. All those cracks are very well done. Also, those eyes really are great. They are the strongest part of the piece; the yellow draws the eye and the complex shading keeps you staring at it. Is it good or bad? I don't know. Having some yellow or something in the background to create some movement in the piece might be good. Also, don't be afraid to do strong shading! Would it hurt to add stronger highlights in the hair?

Well sure why not. You really have some great work... you just need to break away from the norm of celeb and self portraits and find your own style within vectors. Aren't you sick of all those identical Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie portraits that are out there?

This is so very well done.Must have taken a long time to draw out all those details.
If I may suggest. Think about writing in your artist notes who this character is and who he belongs to. Also think about mentioning what program you used. May seem trivial, but I think that more detailed artist's notes can help us to understand our own styles better and therefore help us when we try to make something new.
Plus that and I like detailed artist's notes.
