Description This when I finally thought I figure out the art of animation, I ran into a frustrating problem. The running animation look stiff and poorly made. I am really bad at this, and I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong, but at least I am learning from this experience.

You need to add extra frames, where the legs are halfway out. Right now you got one where the left leg is out, one where they're both in the middle and one where the right is way out. Now you need to add the halfway out poses.

Oh, plus it's hard to see, but does she only have the animation where her left leg goes from her back to her front, and then starts all the way at her back again without frames showing it going to her back again?

I think so, the original drawing I made only had four poses, and that was primarily base off of what I imagine a run animation could look like. Sadly I didn't consider that there would be more poses in the leg.My skill in animating must be really bad if I couldn't see that sooner.

Well, you can't expect to have a ton of skill at something you just started, there's nothing wrong with that XD

Just gotta practice is all to build that skill up :3
