Oh this is beautiful!
I like how it's in colour on the left, but most of it is black and white. It's also funny how the person wearing converse is in the coloured bit. (A reflection of modern and old perhaps?)
I also think it's great how the main focus of this is supposed to be the legs and feet of the people and cutting off their faces gives a certain type of anonymous feeling to the people. But at the same time you can see their faces in the puddle, a quick glimpse of them.
It all contrasts really well and give such a nice atmosphere to the image.

I hate feet pretty badly haha but this is a great random shot of them. I guess when they are bunched together with legs and people in a puddle the disgust of ridiculous feet vanish. Very rad shot.
