A storyboard animator huh? I bet you could get the job easily enough because your honestly a very talented artist. As for voice actor I'm not sure because I don't know what your voice sounds like, but I'd bet you could get that job as well if you practiced enough. Dreams and hopes are very powerful things and I really hope you get at least one of the jobs you want.
