Playmates' quality has fallen way off over the years, but they've never given much articulation to human figures. Ever since the 4Kids line, just about all the humans have very stiff legs that can only pose in one position.
With the newest line, I was very surprised they put as much articulation on Casey Jones as they did, but they didn't make a good April figure, despite her being a part of the launch lineup. The least they could have done was give her Miwa's fan as her weapon, although it's possible that detail hadn't been communicated to the company by Nick. I really like your custom, and wish we had more quality April O'Neil figures that could strike some action poses.
