i agree it is terrible but this was the best thing we had to an actual megaman back in the day. other than the ruby version of meaman toys which while i liked their ability to use the robot masters weapons were not the true blue classic megaman. the gimmick of the toy was he could transform into the hyper buster special he has in mvc 1 which is why he is suppose to have those stilts in his leg. he also came with the armor which has been lost to time.

I used to have a few of those... The original figure, I mean.
They were always that floppy. Kinda sucked since they cost a few dollars more than a standard action figure did back in the day... (In my area, anyway.)
